These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LangDesk platform at langdesk.app and the LangDesk Reviewer mobile application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The LangDesk Reviewer app is for professional translators who have been approved by LangDesk. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your registered email. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
Approved deliveries are paid through the payout rail you select (Stripe or Wise). Funds are held in escrow and released according to the platform's escrow schedule. LangDesk retains a platform fee as disclosed in your reviewer agreement.
You must use the security features of the App (device lock, no screenshots) and must not attempt to circumvent them. The App may refuse to run on insecure devices (e.g. rooted/jailbroken, or without a screen lock) to protect client data.
The Service, its software, and its content are owned by LangDesk or its licensors. Completed translations are delivered to the client per the applicable client and reviewer agreements.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, subject to settling any amounts owed to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
